GUSTI is a project funded by the Italy-Croatia Interreg Programme 2021-2027.

It was created to address some of the main challenges of food and wine tourism: the seasonal concentration of tourist flows, the need to diversify offerings, environmental protection, and the enhancement of local identities.

The project involves territories, institutions, tourism operators, producers, and communities in the creation of new experiences based on gastronomy, culture, and sustainability.

The transition towards more sustainable tourism requires up-to-date knowledge, design capabilities, and stable collaboration among all stakeholders in the destination.

The GUSTI training platform was created to support this process, offering content dedicated to the design of experiences, communication, sustainability, and the enhancement of local products and identities.
